- Travel and expenses: Out‑of‑Bhavnagar travel, props, models, stock, or venue costs are billed at actuals with prior approval.
- Ad spend: Paid directly to Meta by the client. Agency fees do not include media budget.
- IP and usage: Rights transfer after payment; portfolio use permitted unless you request otherwise in writing.
