Terms

• Services: planning, shoots, editing, posting, reporting, and ad management (ad spend paid to platforms).

• Deliverables: content calendar and the monthly asset list define scope.

• Revisions: 2 rounds included; extras at Rs. 300/round; extra cover revisions Rs. 200.

• Scheduling: shoots planned to avoid business disruption; delays may extend timelines.

• Travel and extras: outside 50 km, travel/stay at actuals; models/props/venues billed separately with approval.

• Influencers: coordination included; creator fees paid directly by client.

• Payments: monthly invoices due in 7 days; work may pause on overdue accounts.

• Cancellation: 15 days’ notice; completed work and booked shoot time are billable.

• Ownership: rights transfer after full payment; portfolio use allowed unless you request otherwise.

• Liability: services provided as‑is; capped to the fees paid for the current month.

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. The courts at Bhavnagar, Gujarat, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement
